Experience and Goals

Lets rate your experience level for cardio and resistance training activities. ‘No Experience’ if you are generally inactive or have been inactive for over 1 year.  ‘Beginner’ if you haven’t done an activity for over a year, have been inconsistent with exercise, or prefer low intensity exercise.  ‘Intermediate’ if you are a consistent exerciser, and enjoy moderate to higher intensity exercise.  ‘Advanced’ if you are a consistent exerciser and prefer high intensity exercises. These experience level selections will be used in the development of your workout programs.
Resistance Training

Cardio Training
Also rate your three most important goals. All three goals are important in developing a balanced fitness and nutritional plan and it is important to choose three priorities for the best overall possible results. Your ‘First Priority’ should reflect the goal that is the most important to you and will have the most emphasis when developing your workout plans.
